ABOUT ECLIPSES, MENTIONED IN ACTA SANCTORUM
1. In Morozov in (1) on p.346 there is information in chapterII-IV about eclipse, mentioned in Acta Sanctorum (2), (4, 17):
In interpretations of torments sv. Stefan is said that when his after edict Diokletiana in 303 on torments, 3-rd day of September calend (in night on 30 August) was transformed the Moon:
"And has said the prefect: "Kill Feliks with sword!" But Feliks bishop has said the clear voice (vote clara): "praise to you, gentlemen, awarded to free me!" And was it is brought about place of suffering, - so even moon itself was transformed in blood , - at the third day of September calends. - But bishop Feliks, having raising eye to the sky, has said the clear voice: "Praise to you, gentlemen!""
Hence mentioned Moon eclipse an evening 29 or morning 30 August. On canon Krasilinikov we search for all eclipses, happened to to this date or near this date on epoch Diocletiana (the years of rule 284-305) in table 1:
Table 1.
287/08/10 21:40
304/08/31 20:40
Write else eclipses happenning to exactly to this date in range of years 200-900 in table 2:
Table 2
695/08/29 21:12
714/08/29 21:19
Hence the is message obviously unauthentic.
